Find Out About Thunder Cops II
This is a HK ghost comedy where a troop of bumbling police rookies try to catch a ghost at a Hong Kong high-rise. While a pretty intriguing-sounding plot, much of the movie is drenched in screwball comedy and attempted jokes that overshadows the ghost elements in the story somewhat.

‘Thunder Cops II’ is an uncharacteristically poor Jeff Lau movie that really has very little to recommend. Admittedly some of the action is passable but the rest of the movie is generally so damn depressing and sloppy that I wouldn’t personally want to sit through it again.
Thunder Cops 2 is carried along on Ng’s shoulders (as is Chow in one scene), and for the most part she keeps it watchable, now with the added retrospective ingredient of nostalgia. Is it a good movie though? Not really. Paul Bramhall’s Rating: 5.5/10.
